Luke founded Animo Collective after twenty years on both sides of the delivery gap. First as a Founder of a national contracting company, working on some of the UK's most demanding luxury hospitality builds and high-end residential fit-outs. Then as the person sitting across the table, watching design intent erode through fragmented appointments and unchecked handovers.
He has personally overseen the delivery of more than forty environments, hotels, members clubs, food and beverage venues, bars and private estates, and has built a quiet reputation as the advisor that owner-investors return to. Not because every project went without difficulty, but because when it didn't, Luke resolved it by bringing real solutions to the tables and more problems.
His structured approach to planned aftercare and asset maintenance has saved clients well in excess of seven figures in premature refurbishment expenditure, by holding spaces to the standard they were built to rather than allowing them to degrade between cycles.
He has never value-engineered a specification he believed in, never walked away at handover, and never taken on a project he could not resource properly.
