Will our home appear in your portfolio, on your website, or on social media?−
Never without your explicit consent. Complete discretion is not a policy we apply on request, it is how we operate by default. Your home, your project, your process, and your identity as a client remain entirely private unless you choose otherwise. Some of our most valued residential projects do not appear in our portfolio at all. That is not a limitation we resent, it is a reflection of the trust our clients place in us, and one we take seriously.
Can you work around our family while the project is underway, we don't want to move out?+
For most refurbishments and extensions, remaining in your home is entirely workable and something we plan for from the very first conversation. Where the work involves extending or transforming a wing, we sequence construction so your family retains full use of the unaffected areas throughout. For whole-home refurbishments, we phase the works room by room, protecting the spaces that matter most to you during the periods that matter most. Because the same company that designed your project also manages the build, there is no contractor arriving unfamiliar with your home and your household. The team understands the schedule, the sensitivities, and the standard expected. That removes a significant layer of disruption that typically comes from fragmented appointments.
Do you work on extensions, refurbishments and full home fitouts?+
Yes, all of them. Full home refurbishments and fitouts, sensitive extensions to existing homes, full interior transformations of listed or heritage properties, and long-term renovation programmes phased over several years. What each of these has in common is that they require architecture, design and construction to work together from the start, not be bolted together after separate appointments. Our in-house capability means that whether you are extending a single wing or refurbishing an entire estate, the same company holds the brief.
Do you manage all the furniture and furnishings, or do we need to source those separately?+
We manage it entirely. FF&E, furniture, fixtures and equipment, is handled as an integrated part of the project, not a separate appointment. Our team specifies, sources, procures and installs every piece: bespoke commissions, international sourcing, art and object curation. You will not be handed a specification schedule and asked to manage procurement yourself. Every item arrives on programme, installed by the company that specified it, in the space it was designed for.
What does your aftercare service involve, and is it something we'd need to commit to upfront?+
Our residential aftercare is a relationship-led service, not a contract you are sold at the end of a build. It covers seasonal maintenance programmes, specialist contractor coordination, reactive response, and long-term care, all managed by the same company that knows your home in detail. You do not need to commit to it upfront, though many clients choose to. The practical benefit is straightforward: the people looking after your home already understand every material choice, every system, every specification decision. You never have to explain your own home to someone who has never seen it before.
